I think I haven’t installed the data into the device correctly. I installed the software and followed the instructions to “connect” with my device. I’m still waiting on the status of my pipe to get returned to me, but it doesn’t appear to be working.
I’m using the FVF-SC2 set instead of the FVF-310 set, but I didn’t notice that the data is not being installed correctly.
I’m assuming that my pipe is still an FVF-250, since I don’t have the 280.
Here is a picture of what my pipe looks like:
The first pipe is from the manufacturer, the second is the FVF-SC2.
When I try to install the data, FVF-SC2, it automatically puts the old data on top of the new data.
Does anyone know how to get around this issue?

Tila I’m not very good at troubleshooting this stuff, but I can help from the tools side of it.
Ok, so you have a FVF-SC2 set. That has a lot of stuff in it. The SC2 set has less stuff than a FVF-310 set. If you have been through all the steps with a FVF-310 then you just need to do them again but use a FVF-SC2 set.
Have you made sure you have a working pipe and grounding? If not you will get nothing on the data coming back from the FVF-SC2 set. I think this is what is happening.
When you get the data returned from the SC2 you will get some traces on the first channel with the SC2 set or you will see a trace on the data channel. Those trace will be blank with the FVF-310 set.
The way to fix the problem is to get a FVF-310 set. Run the FVF-310 set and get data then switch to a FVF-SC2 set and see what traces come back. I’m sorry I couldn’t help more.
When I get the FVF-SC2 set and run the FVF-SC2 set I get my data back. Now my only problem is that I’m still waiting on the FVF-SC
