How to validate that at least one of a list of options is selected in Laravel 5

I have a form with a list of options to select from. I would like to allow only one of them to be selected. I would also like to enforce a constraint that says you must select one. I’d prefer to do this all in one line of code.
My thought was to do something like this:

I am in a process of migrating some data from sql to oracle 11g. Since the target database is a different version of sql server, we need to use a different file format. I use the script component to import the sql data to the new format.
The new format stores all the data in a matrix type and i’m having a bit of trouble accessing the properties of the data.
For example, in sql, when i load the data, i can do the following:
EXEC sp_executesql N’SELECT * FROM myTable’

I would like to achieve the same results in oracle, but cannot figure out how to access the dynamic properties.
