Run the batch file included with the.zip.
The batch file checks if the application has been already installed and downloads the key from the Internet if not.
The key is saved in a file called “acad.lic”, that you will have to copy to the “%Program Files%AutodeskAutoCAD” folder.
If the application is already installed, the key will be copied to the “%Program Files%AutodeskAutoCAD” folder.

I guess you have to do the following:

Copy the license file from the key generator
Open the installation folder of the.NET runtime
Go to the installation folder of the Microsoft.NET Framework
Go to the installer folder of the.NET Framework
Copy the license file “acad.lic” from the installation folder of the.NET Framework

The keygen mentioned above was actually a broken.NET Framework install of 2013, which was being referenced by the post. I have been able to install the latest.NET Framework 4.7.2 by manually removing 4.6.2, and installing the appropriate 4.7.2 package.
The installation process went as follows:

Uninstall previous.NET Framework 4.6.2
Uninstall previous.NET Framework 4.7.2
Install.NET Framework 4.7.2
Install Autodesk AutoCAD 2013 (the.NET Framework install of 2013 will prompt for this automatically)
Run the “Install Key” batch file again.
