For a given set of T/Q/T and T/Q/P ratio values, G.E. (or other) can be used to calculate the corresponding set of psychrometric values. You can then use G.E. (or other) again to generate appropriate graphs. You can also use G.E. (or other) to perform all of the same sorts of calculations that can be done with the UCARS psychrometric software.

G.E. is a stand-alone Java application, which can be used either directly or by calling it via JNI from a C or C++ application. It includes a set of.properties files for you to use in your application. This application will run on all platforms. G.E. is free.
G.E. can do the following:
#Calculate the heat capacity (J/kgK) of a gas at a given temperature and pressure from the mass and composition of the gas. It can also calculate the heat capacity of a given mass of a gas at a given temperature and pressure.
#Calculate the coefficient of performance (COP) of a gas compressor based on the mass and composition of the gas.
#Calculate the optimal cooling air temperature for a given outside temperature and desired outdoor temperature difference (DeltaT). The air temperature can be specified in terms of percent humidity and percent CO2.
#Calculate the enthalpy of vaporization at a given temperature and pressure.
#Calculate the enthalpy of vaporization at a given temperature and pressure based on the mass and composition of the liquid.
#Calculate the pressure and temperature of a given liquid in terms of absolute temperature.
